Q: Can I cancel or change my order?  
A: We prepare all of our orders as quickly as possible and can’t always guarantee that changes or cancelations can be made after your order is submitted; please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help you out.

Q: Where’s my order / tracking info?
A: If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping window or didn’t receive your tracking info, please reach out to support at info@lilnugget.ca

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes, we’ll gladly accept your un-opened item for return / exchange – item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging. (shipping & handling fees will apply)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns / exchanges of used items – if you need assistance regarding manufacturers defects, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
