First, please make smaller flange options or inserts! The pump itself is good, I like that it has 6oz cups not 8, making it a little less noticeable. The suction is alright, could be stronger. The motor doesn't stay in the pump as well as I'd like, but I did switch the ring and it doesn't fall off anymore! I LOVE that it came with extra parts. I like the different modes, they have good rhythm and the suction settings are well spaced out - its 5 settings each slightly more powerful than the first. I like that the slit in the flange makes it easy to poor but I do find it takes an extra second to line it up when putting it together.
