Refund policy

Yes, we’ll gladly accept your un-opened item for return/exchange – item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging within 30 days (shipping & handling fees will apply).

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges of used items. (It’s like underwear, that’s just gross 🤢)

We offer a 90 day warranty against manufacturers defects; this does not cover accidental damage or misuse, disassembling the product, improper handling or storage, and any damage caused by the unintended use of the product. Our customer service team will ask to see photos and/or videos to help determine / problem solve the issue. We have the right to approve or deny warranty coverage as needed.
